Once this is all checked the following will happen:

If there is a problem (eg Master Card / Visa or Amex declined), or no availability etc we shall contact you asap – by a return email (usually within the hour on working days) – so all is in writing for you.
If there is anything that we do not understand or does not match your original quote we shall contact you asap – by a return email (usually within the hour on working days) – so all is in writing for you.
Once all your details have been checked and all is ok we shall then process your credit card, then send you a return email confirmation of booking receipt (usually within the hour on working days).
