We will take your Master / Visa / Amex card number as an order, but we won’t charge you or your card until we have manually checked that we do have availability of your exact requirements, and we have made sure all is ok for when you want the vehicle.
Once this is all checked the following will happen:
- If there is a problem (eg if your card is declined), or no availability etc we shall contact you asap – by a return email (usually within the hour on working days) – so all is in writing for you.
- If there is anything that we do not understand or does not match your original quote we shall contact you asap – by a return email (usually within the hour on working days) – so all is in writing for you.
- Once all your details have been checked and all is ok we shall then process your Master / Visa / Amex card, then send you a return email confirmation of booking receipt (usually within the hour on working days).
